I love learning. It spurs me to continuously grow. And as an instructional designer I find deep purpose in developing learning experiences that produce growth in others. I innately absorb, integrate and catalog new information and easily determine essential content for learners - categorizing, chunking and sequencing - to accomplish learning objectives that are directly aligned to desired behavioral outcomes and business goals. Analytical by nature, my extensive background in education has honed my skills in needs analysis and evaluation.

Outside of instructional design, you can find me spending time with my family - we love adventuring and experiencing life together. I love the outdoors and frequently hike, kayak and camp. I enjoy reading and expressing my creativity through baking and crafting.
